Caregiver Notes is a single-device, note-taking application that enables caregivers to systematically document information for an elderly individual or loved one. Caregiver Notes is specifically designed for caregivers and family members dedicated to taking care of loved ones with illnesses. Caregiver Notes will provide them with a free, private app to record written updates, vitals, and symptoms of the care recipient and thereby efficiently document their situation.

- Caregiving journal: this central journal contains a summary of the written updates, vitals, and symptoms of the care recipient
- Free-form updates: caregivers can add written updates (free-form text) to the central journal to elaborate on the care recipient's situation
